Avoid sun exposure - Try to wear SPF 15+ sunscreen. Some moisturises contain SPF protection and will not clog your skin pores.
Cleanse & Tone the skin in AM & PM. If you don't have time in the morning, we recommend trying Payot express cleansing wipes.
Drink plenty of water at least 2 litres daily.
Eat healthy balanced diet, especially your 'greens'. If you're not crazy on heavy meat, choose seafood. Fish contains Omega 3 which is great for your skin and your heart.
Quit smoking and reduce alcohol intake. Even passive smoking can damage and pollute your skin.
Try to be stress free, stress can create higher blood pressure and increases the chances of your skin breaking out.
Get plenty of sleep so your body can recoup before you start another busy day.
Go for a nature walk, take time to smell the flowers and the ocean. Get clean oxygen flowing through your body
Exfoliate skin (depending on skin type) with a good quality exfoliate product... to encourage new cell growth.
Seek out a professional professional beauty therapist at least once a month to extract impurities and cleanse your skin thoroughly.
Note to Remember:
Different seasons eg. Summer/Winter require changes of product for different skin types. Some mature skins become dryer in Winter due to over exposures to heaters, hot showers or not using enough protection such as snow skiing in very cold temperatures.
